Description
This is a tapestry combining weaving and printing techniques. The base is a uniformly sized diamond-shaped grid woven from cotton rope, with each grid approximately 1.5 cm on each side. Abstract geometric patterns are printed on the woven grid using water-based ink in gray-blue and light beige colors. The printed areas have a smooth feel and do not affect the tapestry’s flexibility. The tapestry is edged with cotton fabric to prevent the mesh from fraying. It is versatile and can be used as wall decoration behind an office desk, a headboard background for a dormitory bed, or as an accent in a children’s play area. The woven mesh is breathable.
