2.Orders and Fulfillment (DDP Shipping)
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all European orders. The total price paid at checkout includes all applicable import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Processing: Orders are dispatched from our proprietary distribution facility in Singapore within 1-3 business days.

Shipping: We utilize international courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Tracking: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from dispatch. You will receive automated tracking notifications via email. If delivery is delayed, please contact our support team; we will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or a full refund, if necessary.

  1. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
    In accordance with applicable European Economic Area (EEA) consumer protection regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Weavenestbed until the goods are physically received by you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier). Ownership of the products passes to you upon successful delivery.
  2. Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
    If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Notification: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement via email to hanging@weavenestbed.com.

Return Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, provided the goods are received back by us or evidence of return has been provided.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    We strive to ensure our products reach you in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to your order, please contact our support team at hanging@weavenestbed.com within a reasonable timeframe after receipt.

Evidence: To facilitate a swift resolution, please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. You are not required to return damaged items to us; photographic evidence is sufficient for processing your claim.

Verification: We reserve the right to request additional documentation or the return of the item if further verification is required.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weavenestbed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
  2. Governing Law
    These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For consumers in the European Union, mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence shall remain applicable. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
